Monthly tinnitus tracking complements the Daily Diary in building a long term view of your tinnitus. The SoundRelief Monthly Tracker uses the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) to see the impact of tinnitus on your life over a longer period of time. 

The THI is the most commonly used questionnaire for determining tinnitus severity. It is used by audiologists and by researchers to quickly determine the degree to which tinnitus is a problem for a patient.
